Return Policy

FreshAirPro.com provides customers with a 30-day, no-hassle guarantee and return policy. However, items returned must be in their original and unopened packaging and box in order for a full refund to be issued (less our shipping costs). Outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded nor absorbed. It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item(s) to us at their expense. Any returned item(s) which have been opened, will incur a 20% restocking fee of the purchase price. Customers wishing to return an item(s) must request a RA (return authorization) number from us. Any item(s) returned to us without a RA number will not be accepted.

All returns are subject to inspection. FreshAirPro.com reserves the right to determine the condition and completeness of the returned merchandise.

Bed linens, which have been opened, cannot be returned by law. In addition, any special order products such as Royal-Pedic organic mattresses cannot be returned.

Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please be sure to reference your order number and what it is you wish to return. Please be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the box.

FreshAirPro cannot be responsible for returns, which are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment.
