Return Policy
FreshAirPro.com provides customers with a 15-day, no-hassle guarantee and return policy. However, items must be in its original and unopened packaging and box in order to issue a FULL refund (less our shipping costs). Outbound shipping costs (including promotional shipping) and return shipping costs will not be refunded. It is the customer’s responsibility to return the item(s) to us at their expense. Any returned item(s) which have been opened, will incur a 20% restocking fee. Customers wishing to return an item(s) must request a RA (return authorization) number from us. Any items returned to us without a RA number will not be accepted.
All returns are subject to inspection. FreshAirPro.com reserves the right to determine the condition and completeness of the returned merchandise.
Bed linens, which have been opened, cannot be returned by law. In addition, any special order products such as Royal-Pedic organic mattresses and Eco-Timber flooring cannot be returned.
Please contact us by phone or e-mail if you need to request a return authorization (RA) number. Please be sure to reference your order number and what it is you wish to return. Please be sure to affix the RA# to the outside of the box.
FreshAirPro cannot be responsible for returns, which are lost, misdirected or damaged during shipment.
