Montana student group pushes for clean air legislation

Many people hope for cleaner air without taking action against pollution, but one group is out to make a difference against companies that release toxic chemicals into the atmosphere. Recently, the University of Montana Climate Action Now group asked the Missoula Chamber of Commerce in Montana to consider instituting clean air legislation.

Approximately 20 people from Missoula environmental groups participated in protests in Washington, D.C. against air pollution, according to NBC affiliate KECI. The students also shared their concerns with senators at a local environmental conference.

Individuals who suffer from respiratory conditions are often the most affected by air pollution. Air purifiers can remove airborne particles from your indoor environment and make it easier to breathe.

The IQAir HealthPro Plus air purifier is an effective device in the battle against pollution. Its HyperHEPA filter can trap particles that cause irritation in individuals with conditions such as allergies and asthma.

Individuals can remove dust, pollen and smoke within 900 square feet of the IQAir HealthPro Plus air purifier. The filter is designed to trap ultra-fine particles that are less than 0.3 microns in size. Homeowners who want to relieve themselves of polluted air can use a purifier to remove toxins from their living spaces.
