6 stage filtration system with RBD Plasma

The Coway® AP-1503CH has a 6 stage filtration system which includes a pre-filter, medium filter, HEPA filter, RBD Plasma filter + Catalyst filter and Activated carbon deodorization filter.

The especially designed RBD (Resistive Barrier Discharge) plasma + Catalyst filtration system is available only through Coway®. Unlike other plasma systems, this filtration system enhances the power of oxidation and sterilization and the ability of decomposition for volatile organic compounds (VOC), formaldehyde, germs and virus.

The Coway® AP-1506DH is designed with versatility in mind. Even though the Coway® AP-1506DH air purifier is slim and elegant, its performance is incredibly powerful and efficient compared to competing products of similar capacity. It is slim (11.8 inch depth), silent (22.0~48.6dB) and powerful (CADR: Smoke 245.6, Dust 256.7, Pollen 250.9).

Powerful Anti-Fungal/Bacterial HEPA

The Coway® AP-1506DH has 4 stages of filtration which consist of a pre-filter, functional medium filter, HEPA filter and AC (activated carbon) deodorization filter. The HEPA stage of the AP-1506 is treated with Thiabendazol (anti-bacteria & anti-mold substance) and removes dust and bacteria as well as keeps itself from getting moldy.

BAF Mark

Allergy UK (British Allergy Foundation) is a British medical charity dedicated to helping humans with their allergies, food intolerance and chemical sensitivity. It was founded in 1991 as the British Allergy Foundation, and in 2002 the operational name of the charity became Allergy UK. Allergy UK endorses certain products that confine or remove high levels of allergens and gives them a Seal of Approval.

Energy Star

Known as an international standard for energy efficient consumer products. The Good Design Award is Japan's only comprehensive design evaluation and commendation system, operated by the Japan Industrial Design Promotion Organization.
